Anvil rear notch spoiler for Convertible ?

Own a 2013 ZL1 Convertible and want the Anvil rear notch spoiler for 2010 - 2013 camaro. Contacted the company and they said it will fit but have to file down the edges of the junction box to make it fit.. Anyone installed this on there ZL1 convertible ? Thanks !

"The factor spoiler on convertibles have an aluminum antenna piece along with and electronic junction box that is inserted into the underside via 3 openings with screwed on covers. We based our spoiler on the factory spoiler so it has the 3 openings and you can transfer the antenna and related items into our spoiler and use the original covers from your factory spoiler to cover the openings. You may need to remove a little material off the box to fit with a file or hack saw, but it will fit."

I decided just to cover existing spoiler in a vinyl carbon fiber, cheaper and no headaches.
