Advice please

Hey,
I would appreciate some advice on my wheels. My car is a 2011 L99. My wheels are black but they look to be unsprayed /a different material on the inside of the wheel! Please look at the photos.
Does it look to you as if my wheels have not been sprayed on the inside?
Is the inside of the wheel separate material? (If that makes any sense!!)
Cheers

The inside is NOT separate material, they're made from the same metal.

The outside and spokes are painted or coated, as I said, mine are pealing.
Some spots are wearing off and matching the inside color of the rim. Even
factory, they're not the best rims.

You'd have to ask the person you bought it from, if he or anyone else painted
the rims. I don't see anything on yours, that isn't happening to mine. So, I
would guess it's just age, heat, and factory work...

looks like the midnight silver rims, which are painted then cleared.

the whole wheel should be painted and cleared, as camaro dude said they suck as far as keeping paint on them,

best thing i've heard is to have them stripped and powder coated.
