They are factory parts from GM painted red hot from GM still in a box

To clarify, the rear spoiler came from a local dealer painted black from GM not their body shop. The flares and the rockers came from an internet source in Michigan after production of the Z/28 was done. These may be assembly line
over stock. They have GM part numbers molded in them and were definitely painted by a factory type operation because the paint is too nice to be from a person with a spray gun. After production of the Z/28 and during the production of the last two years of Gen 5 ZL1's there were multiple sources of what may have been overstock pre-painted parts on multiple internet sources.
