I said on the original thread that it may be a good idea to take it down. Especially since he hasn't given gm or the dealership a chance to make the situation right. I hope he hasn't gotten himself a slander case brought against him.

How could a recording constitute slander?

I am not close to the issue or a lawyer. Nor do i pretend to be. But I am sure the dealership will not take it laying down. They will attempt to stop their name from being publicly drug through the mud. If that means filing a lawsuit that will atleast get it taken down until it blows over and becomes old news, then that's what they will do. Or atleast until they can reach a settlement which includes a gag order.

More than likely some kind of settlement or arraignment was made and the parties decided to lock the audio/video.

It's there to dampen side fumbling. If your marzelvanes fumble too much they can cause total protonic reversal. It gets ugly from there. This is really the biggest problem with the new Camaro.
