I'm at the shop right now...

Having a catback exhaust system put on my v6. Cannot wait to hear how it sounds!!!

And I'm concerned whether I've made the right choice....decisions, decisions!

I'll see/hear soon!!!

Let us know how it went and what exactly you used!

I love it! Will post pix later. Took a video, too, but just with my little camera, so I'm not sure how good it will be.

Includes x-pipe, bullet style resonators, flowmaster super 44 mufflers and 4 inch round polished stainless steel tips.

Can't wait! I am going out in it in a bit...and driving home from Dallas to Houston tomorrow, so I'll get some miles on it.

btw...This is the shop that did the work. They came highly recommended.

$975

Kirk and Norma (the owners) were so nice, and they were very patient explaining to me why this system would better meet what I was telling them I wanted than other ideas I'd seen/heard/read about.

I plan to bring my H3 Hummer up to them to have the exhaust changed out, too. (The one on it sounds good on the outside but has a downright obnoxious drone on the inside of the vehicle.)

I put my MRT V1 on Friday and love it.

I could see where it is not for everyone, but I really like it.

Sounds good man. The sound will get a whole lot deeper after driving for 1k to 2k miles. Have fun!
