I'm an old guy too. I would look for the cars with lots of chrome as that is who I wanted to race. They spent their money on bling not go fast parts. BTW, the guys with real money, back in the day didn't run chrome Cragars. They had Centerlines.

taking my order just couldn't get over my almost eight year old Camaro. She called over co-worker to look out the window at the cool car outside. there are few cars out there imo that get the attention of the 5th Gen Camaro.

If only the stock wheels were not so narrow. I love the style but the Camaro needs some wide wheels to set it off.

Everyone is doing their rims black.
I agree with you OP, the chrome looks great. I think some cars look better with chrome rims while others look better without. I did one in dark gray because EVERYONE around here has black and I wanted to stand out. (Besides black rims on a black car is too much)

My first Camaro was a '68 327 and the first wheels I put on it were chrome reverse with chrome baby moon hubcaps. I thought it looked pretty good, but I was only 22 so what did I know?
