Air Compressor shut off switch adjustment for dummies
Air Compressor shut off switch adjustment for dummies
[I do sometimes miss the obvious.] Had problems with mine shutting off early today in the middle of painting. Thing kept stepping down 20 psi each time it ran and thus shut off early. I then upset ripped the cover off and started to twist, turn n play with every part of the sucker with no success, so I unhooked the wires from one side and hooked to the other so its wired on all the time. Dam thing still shut off early. Figure it was cause the shed was so hot, and it’s getting old. Ended up cutting off most of its cover and shield for the fan, so I could use a house fan to blow air over the parts. So now I need to undo everything I played with. They seem to be all very similar but never adjusted one. Anyone got some tips on a proper adjustment. I can post a pic of said unit. |
