I am thinking of getting my car tuned when I get it and I read about GMPP tunes. Where would you get these?

From what I read GMPP tunes are tunes from GM that do NOT void your warrenty if it messes anything up. I just want to know more about them.

If you dealer is competent enough they can do it for you. My dealer is going to do it for my Camaro, they build track and race vette's so it's an easy tune for them. The tech that does all the performance told me he has the tune for the Camaro already.

Can your guy send the tune to other dealers ? I'm in Illinois and would love to get a tune after a few mods. Or does anyone know a good tuner in the Chicago Area ? Thanks guys !

hp tuners and efi-live both already have the software needed to tune the 2010 camaro,, i already have the hp tuner software ready for my enigne swap,, several tuner shops have already tuned the 2010 camaro on there dyno's

GM Performance Parts does not offer tunes for the V6 or V8 cars or trucks.

Perfromance Division had developed packages for the Cobalt that were certified and included upgraded ECU. That was the Stage 3 kit.

It's still available for the Cobalt SS or ION Redline.
