Fore innoations fuel system

So I recently purchased the Fore innovations L1 dual pump system with the TI auto F90000267 pumps, fc3 staged controller, flexLP 8 feed/return lines, stainless steel filter upgraded to 128mm, with billet mounting bracket, Honeywell pressure switch, and flex fuel sensor. I looked for instructions for this thing but I guess they are none existent. So I will be looking for y'alls help on this one. I decided not to drop the fuel tank but rather cut a trap door, just makes more sense to me. I will post pictures so maybe it will help someone else.

So this is what I get of it so far. The ground wire to the fc3 doesn't need to go to the ground on the battery.

Where did you end up mounting your fuel filter?

I got the drive shaft out, the rear cradle lowered, and the tank out of the car. The fuel pump is removed, just waiting to piece it back together.

Nice that your not chopping up the body, just take your time and double check connections. You will have some tuning to be done after install to take care of codes.Take some pics.

New fuel pump is hooked up and installed in the tank. Tank is secured back into postion. Just have to see where I am routing the feed and return lines. I will take some pictures of it. Had some issues hooking up the new fuel pump, but got it taken care of.

fore innovations fuel system

Here is some pictures of how I ran the feed line. I ended up running it along the passenger subframe and through the wheel well and up the air cabin box. I removed the old supply line and replaced it with the new return line. There wasn't much room so I had to remove the passenger side header along with the heat shield material.

The directions state that it doesn't matter what direction the flex fuel sensor is placed, so I am placing it as close to the air cabin filter box as I can. That way I have enough wire to go to the gauge.

Looks good! I started my AGP/Fore install yesterday. I decided on the trap door. It was not hard as I thought it would be.

How did you gain access to the cabin air box from the bottom? Is there already a hole there? Where did you mount your FPR?

mrimpala02, There is a hole in the bottom of the air cabin filter box I ran it through. I am going to put the regulator on the outside of the air filter cabin box. The Fuel control valve I have right next to the tank, tucked in between the car and the tank.
