TSP 2 inch headers

So I currently have a SLP full exhaust 1 3/4 long tubes into 3 inch collectors, X pipe, and LM2 mufflers vs resonators 3 inch all the way back. Dyno'd my almost 3 year build today and my HP is dropping off at 5800 rpm. Tuner says he experienced the same thing with his similar setup vette when he was using 1 7/8 until he upped them to 2 inch. Anyone use them on a 2012? Hoping to get some feedback. My car does not have the electric steering assist. I believe that didn't come out til 13 or 14. Hoping the TSP 2 inchers will match up to my current exhaust no issues.

I was looking at a used set of SLP 1 3/4 longtubeslast fall . My tuner said I would be leaving a little on the table with those headers. I just had a set of Stainless Power 1 7/8 longtubes installed . After looking at the graph the new headers carry the power right to the end with no drop off. My 1 3/4 shorties also dropped off up top.

Looking at your mod list, you'd most definitely benefit from some 2" headers or at minimum 1 7/8" headers. Big pipes like that are for big power and looking with the Procharger and more, you're definitely in the big power range.

I built the engine to pull to 7k easy but pictured a 6800 max and am getting choked off at 5800. I also have an intake restriction issue costing me almost 100hp between my air filter on and off I have to deal with as well.

I have the TSP 2inch headers. Not sure why anyone buys anything smaller. I ran them NA and had zero ill side effects. Actually made more power than my NA buddys did with 1 7/8. Especially since they are the same price as the tsp 1 7/8.

They were my first mod and i never regretted it.

Downside is they tap the steering knuckle on my 2011, but only when i make a sharp right turn uphill.

Dont choke that badboy bildo.

Do you have the rubber cover on the knuckle? Cut it off.
