wow all i got to say is nice find thats a z28 rs u got there. its honeslty hard to find a z28 rs with hidaways and rally rear lights, u even got a vinyl roof, and hounds tooth which is a bonus.now stick a 302 small block, and a turbo 300 and ur good to go lol. the camaro by dad has was not restored by him, but i think it came facotry with the stipes on the truck lid

It has always been a plan of mine to find an old Camaro just as that, and make it my project car. However, after seeing that car, it is a little intmidating.

How do you plan on repairing all of those rusted out body panels?

use the memory alloy....lol. You'll have the most advanced old car out there!

Hey guys....

Yea, this was an awsome find. I just about pissed my pants when they opened the door and I saw it.

I am currently helping a friend of my restore his '72 Chevelle SS and after that I found a nice '67 Mustang for a really good deal, that I am going to restore to get even more hands on experience before I tackle this '69.

My plan is to restore it to it complete original specs. I think that is the only right thing to do with the Beauty

? I am sure Year One and a couple of other places will love me.

I just bought a new house that just happen to come with a 30x40 Shop with 12' ceilings for my car projects. I am in the process of getting this set-up to begin the tear down of my mustang.

I just picked up a media blaster, so after I strip the car down and get it on a stand....I am going to media blast the whole car and see with is left. There are several companies (Year One, GoodMark, NPD) that produce all the sheet metal as replacements. I will start with one at a time. I have a really good body that my friend and I have been working with. So, I won't be hanging the new metal. So far with just a rough estimate the new sheet metal will run about $5k, but that is just an estimate.
