2010 camaro Can't win

Today I was on the beltway feeder rd stopped at a light. After spending months this car a 20 year old kid totals it by hitting it at 25 miles and hour. I think I am going to buy a dodge ram

I had a 2005 Ram and someone ran into the back of me on the interstate. Her car was towed away and her insurance paid to replace the bumper on the Ram, although it was still in decent condition. You can make them run a 10 second quarter mile too, but cornering is out.

It's unfortunate that humans with low intelligence are legally allowed to drive on public roads. And when "accidents" happen the city/government simply employs "band aid" solutions in an attempt to make the dim-witted less harmful. They should go to the root cause of the problem and rid these incompitents of their license - driving isn't a right, and if you're unsafe to drive you shouldn't be allowed the privilege.

A few years ago some r-tard blew a stop sign right in front of me and wrote off the car, and because I had a bunch of aftermarket parts I bought another Camaro (and within the first month I was cut-off twice at a yield...); next time I'll be switching to a big ass truck with a big ass police-style front crash bar and hitch in the name of self-protection.

That’s one reason I’m glad I daily my 22 Silverado 2500. They hit that or get hit by that and they are going to remember it for sure. Sucks about your Camaro, but glad you are ok.

Nice K5! I’ve always wanted a 69-72 especially but would love an early square like yours with the full removable top.

My 2002 Ram was totaled by an idiot gal who ran the light in her late model Mercedes Spendy, while looking at her damn phone. And she had her two babies in car seats with her!

I was bummed as I had just bought the truck from my SIL's dad for a great price and it only had 40K miles on it. It was almost immaculate. Fully loaded, extended cab, 4x4. I hadn't even had time to take it down and get the title and licensing done.

I got rear ended at about 30mph. The seat frame dug into my shoulder. Had to have surgery and a year of p/t. Got a nice settlement. My Blazer needed a new bumper. His Hyundai was totaled lol.

Been in 2 "fender benders" both were from useless idiot drivers. The first one I was sitting at a red light and a 20' box truck in front of me put the truck in reverse and drove on top of my 87 trans am GTA, ripped off my front bumper, crushed my daytona style fiberglass hood, and tweaked the two front fenders. Said the pretty girl in the next lane wanted to cut in front of him so he backed up to let her in. Second time I got rear ended at a stop sign in a publix parking lot, also in my 87 trans am. Driver was drunk and asked me if I wanted to eat some of the shrimp cocktail she bought while we waited for police. People really are idiots, especially in this day and age. I recently moved to the country part of Florida to get away from those idiots. Here they are just slow drivers, but atleast they understand turn signals and brake application.

Gotta admit I'm not a fan of the turn signals. I learned driving in the big cities that many people see them and speed up to try and keep you from getting in front of them. I use them on a need-to-know basis, e.g., when turning left at a light or stop sign.

Without naming a name the 20 year old that hit me, he has plenty of insurance Thankgod. I was not serious about buying a truck ,I think? ER visit the Middle eastern company that owns it tried to bill me 21k for a ct scan of neck. Thieves. I have gotten the offer for the car from his Ins, I keep the car and fix it again and they pay ALL med expenses. Pain and suffering ect. I don't know why but I looked at this kid with the long hair hippie type and his Smooshed Hyundai and for some reason felt bad for him.
