Thanks! Sorry, one more thing - did you get the wrap from Pedders?

Looks damn nice Alfie. Paint even looks awesome, even though it is a Ford color.

Thank you dear. I have a lot of fun with the Ford paint thing.

For example: My brother is the president of a local Mustang club. I told him when I first got my Camaro, it kinda scared me because it was "a little too fast"....so I had to use Ford paint for the rallys to "slow it down a bit".

Car looks great!! Is it just me but the front looks like the camber is too far in ....I had mine lower too and re-alined and dosen'nt look that far in ....But sweet looking ride..one other question did you have to add a spacer beacuse of the added weight of the Supercharger ...

Yes, I did. They were supposed to be included with the lowering coils, but they were not. They shipped them in a couple of days.

I would suggest that you contact Pedders or "Justice Pete" here on this forum.

There variables to consider when determining alignment specs, i.e., racing, street, aggressive street, are you using Pedders alignment kits (eccentrics)?, etc.

With that said, here are the instructions on bushing timing and the alignment specs for my car; 1" drop and without using additional kits or components.

Timing:
You need to "time" the rubber bushes to the new ride height. All the bolts in all the control arms that rotate, must be loosened. The best case scenario would be for the technician to drive the car around the shop parking lot slowly and then onto the alignment ramp rails to tighten all of them with the weight of the car still on the wheels. This step is Mission Critical.

What you want to accomplish is to maximize the benefits of your lowering coils. To do that the rubber bushes MUST BE TIMED or you will have an uneven suspension response with more spring rate in one motion and less in the reverse motion.

Alignment:
The alignment must be precise. The front cambers to both be -1.25. The toe to be dead on 0. In the rear, the camber should be exactly half of the front camber or as close to half as possible with the rear toe at 0. You should watch the procedure.

These alignment specs will bring your car into a better balance. There will be less understeer. Your steering response will feel sharper. If they allow you to observe you found a great shop because they understand enthusiasts.

Good luck, Alfie

Wow! You have eagle eyes...I'm impressed! Yes there is a tad more neg camber than what is recommended by Pedders. They say -1.25 and I have -1.75. I am not sure if I need eccentrics or an alignment kit to get it to Pedders specs, but I am going to investigate that next week.

No weight compensation was needed for the S/C install, nor was any needed at the time of the suspension mods.
