the dark side..

well, for me this was inevitable. traded in my 2010 2ss/rs ibm for a 2010 shelby gt500 (sterling gray with silver stripe). i wanted to thank everyone on the site for their help, suggestions, advice, comments, etc. i loved my camaro, guess i just didnt realize that im more of a ford guy. to each their own. look forward to a race one day with a ZL1 - they look badass! here's a few pics of my prev camaro and then of my new gt500. thanks again.

On a side note, what is that side kit on your old Camaro?

Congrats on the trade. While the Camaro SS is certainly a nice car, the difference between it and the GT500 is clear once you have driven both. Let me know if you need any input regarding the 2010.

you are right - its not fair to compare, but a whole different animal. i love the feel of the gt500 for sure. what oil do you recommend - i bought some redline, but it says not to use until engine is broken in - after 3000 miles. only have about 550 right now. ill have to wait on the redline i guess.

heard the clutch is beefed up from prev year. also, what about the exhaust - what size?

thanks man.
