Help: Clean Side Separator Cap (Breather) stuck

So I tried to remove my engine cover today, but figured out that I couldn’t remove the elite engineering breather cap from the clean side separator locking my cover.

I can only take the top of it off, but the cap under it will not come out when I twist it left. It just infinitely twists to the left.

Pretty sure I did same thing, but, just pull it off, no threads to worry about, just an O Ring.

While turning clockwise, pull straight up and you can add oil. This is the design for convenience. Once it is installed, the plastic base stays in place. The O rings seal it.

If you don`t turn it clockwise and pull it up at the same time this can happen.
Bottom o ring.
