There is no foam in the water/water wetter when it starts up the tube, nor in the reservoir so I don't see that being it.

There was more "foam" in my reservoir with the 50/50 coolant mix than the distilled/water wetter mix.

It's crazy, I don't get it. I kept saying "how is possible that I have the only IC pump in the world that pushes this coolant this hard?"

The coolant that I could see coming out though, didn't seem to have any bubbles in it.

The coolant is going to take the path of least restriction. Are you leaving the reservoir cap open as you do this? If so, there may be a restiction in the intercooler brick. See this>> http://www.dedicatedmotorsports.com/...t_p/ribzl1.htm

Sounds like snake oil to me....

I tried it with the reservoir lid opened and with it closed. It flows very fast out of the other end so I highly doubt there is any restriction anywhere.

No I haven't. But Dave Stecks products are top notch. And it is a real problem. Not snake oil. Well known problem in CTS-V and ZR1 circles.

Any ideas why mine is going to run over?
Using the same procedure, I am experiencing the same with mine. Are you by chance using the Roto-Fab HX reservoir?

I would recommend that you look at the hose going to the Root-Fab HX reservoir and the fittings/inlet on the reservoir for restrictions. The Root-Fab reservoir is made of plastic, and I would be surprised if something deformed from heat.

No, Dave was an employee there until earlier this year. He left there to go out on his own.
