Well, you see, air from outside gets sucked into the turbos through inlet tubes and filters, gets compressed, and then forced into the manifold by way of tubing. Inside the manifold, the air is funneled into the intake runners where the fuel injectors mix vaporized gasoline with the incoming air before it is forced into the compression chamber...where the spark plugs ignite the mixture and make it go boom

Ok, so most of today was setting up everything in ProEFI, updating the firmware and then going through many pages of settings.

Three very short pulls were made.

The last pull, was made on the waste gate springs, 12 lbs, and the pull only went to 5,600 rpm where the tires spun as Corey was lifting. This was at the point of just having hit the full 12 lbs + of boost. The injectors were at 27% duty cycle. I'll post a video of the last pull in a little while... it sounds amazing even though it only went to 5,600 rpm.

The car was just... JUST... starting into the power band.

862 RWHP at 5,600 rpm and 12 lbs~~ of boost. Keep in mind this car can spin up to 9,000 rpm. We will run the boost up at some point to see how far we can push it, but it looks like there are pretty stellar capabilities at this point. This is right about 70 rwhp more than the first iteration of turbo this car ever had.

We did experience a fuel leak somewhere near the driver side top of the fuel tank where we made the pickup for the second Weldon fuel pump. So, we are done for the day running the car and will put her on the lift to pull the tank, locate and secure the fuel leak, re-pin the second fuel pump and then back onto the dyno.
