I won the 2nd one. If it is anything like that one it is basically a combination of a scavenger hunt, answering questions along the way from clues given and solving riddles to find the desired landmarks or objects.

You need a serious co pilot to do the reading and help lookout for the objects and such.

I don't think time mattered but, distance did count. So screwing up and having to turn around ends up costing you on the distance part.

We had a nearly flawless run but, it just so happened that the entire route was basically on our daily commute routes we constantly take so... my wife knew most of the answers off the top of her head resulting in us just having to find the items.

Bring a good co pilot, phone or tablet and a bag to put items in so you don't get dirty stuff in the car.

Oh, and at certain points there were several cars bunched up as some people get lost or can't figure something out so they follow others who do. If you have a turn coming up you know about. A well timed last second turn can be very beneficial lol. I did it twice and the group following us had to go up and turn around. Losing distance... hehehehe

We had a blast. It was a lot of fun. Sadly, last years and this one are on weekends we have plans otherwise i'd do it again. Go beat some Vettes Kevin. There were only 2 Camaros when we did it. And a poor LS swap BMW that blew up.

This is one of the more fun charity events associated with St. Judes fund raiser Robert set's up. Like dyno day, all the proceeds goes to St. Judes.

I thought Dave was the only Camaro two years ago when I first met him. I went solo with my Corvette and shifting, reading, driving, spotting, and dialing my fuel trims was challeging lol. I just likes the cruise part and the donation. I think I got caught twice in the rain with the top down, but who cares when it comes to a fund raiser.

The beer afterwards was cold!

Well Dave pretty much summed it up... ....takes me a awhile to drive the routes figure out some questions etc but I am halfway finished now...I have the start and end point its just working with the middle, making sure it all makes sense especially since I send people on a couple different routes that merge and cross....some questions are the same and some different. The fun part is grading the papers and reading some of the answers I have found people to be very creative when it comes to obtaining scavenger items. The first people back are not always the people who went out first....then we had one couple make record time only to realize they didn't collect anything so they left and went to find stuff....yeah their mileage was jacked

Come out and have some fun.....we don't offer couples counseling so either leave the S/O at home and bring a friend or agree to have fun up front

I also try and give away some decent stuff.

If nothing else I guarantee there will be cool drinks at the end.

Hope to see ya'll out there..
