She is supposed to call me to scheduled the mobile repair... which will require me to leave the car with them for a day.
if that mobile repair is when they buff off da scratches i wouldn't recommend it cause it will sand down a little bit and then after a while like weeks u will see the spot were it was sanded and polished it changes color.. i had it done by the dealer and i didn't want to for that reason but some how they had to do it in order to close out the sale and i kind of regret it ever since although mines on the edge so i can only tell wen i wash it..... but it might be different for you just find out first that it won't stain ur rims...

I'd settle for nothing less than new rims.

So here's an update:

Talked with them again and they have agreed to replace them (most likely refurbs) or I suggested I would be ok with having them stripped and powdercoated at a reputable local place. Any cons to doing this that anyone can foresee?

Just see if they will give you the cash for replacement. Then buy whatever you want and sell the scratched wheels.
Oh, and maybe get them mounted somewhere else.

Similar damage on both my passenger side rims on my 2013 Camaro and the dealership replaced both rims with no problems

Well being as they will have to file a claim with their insurance... cash in hand is pretty much out of the question... but I would gladly accept that. I'm just happy they are making an effort to make it right and not just sweeping it under the rug.

When I originally bought my car, the dealership had promised me two new wheels since two of them were scratched. After about a year or so, I noticed some spotting on the paint of the two replaced wheels. It turns out they had got them refurbished instead, and the paint was slowly deteriorating and exposing the original paint. Needless to say I got in touch with the dealership and they ordered me new wheels.

I don't know if you would have the same problem, but I would be careful.

Whatever arrangement you are happy with is fine. Shouldn't be any issue having them painted, powdered coated, or replaced.

Glad they are making it right.

I had some dumbass at Wheel Works damage the finish of the wheels on my Lotus. He was lucky that I was going to get the wheels repowder coated anyways so I let them get off the hook.
