What do you think it will do in the 1/4?

I make 705rwhp and 694rtrq with a auto. What kind of times do you think she will run when I finally get her to the track? Also what is the top speed when she is stock? Thanks for your input guys!

Supposedly, the top speed for the auto stock is 184. I'm really interested to see how fast she goes now. Conservative estimate for the 1/4 with that setup..hmmm I would say mid to low 10s. But that would also depend on the wheel setup and your skill.

What are you running for rear tires????? With that kind of power even with an auto, which is easier to launch, if you don't have good drag radials you'll spend the night trying to keep it out of the wall, or running low 12's or high 11's

Not 200 mph, and I base that on the Hennessey ZL1 and the Lingenfelter one that did over 200 had more hp I think. 1/4 time? I don't know, but what about your tires? If you don't have some slicks already get yourself a set for drag strip days.

I mean I'm curious about top speed too, but where do you plan on hitting it, because the HPE 750 ZL1 did about 186 at the Texas Mile under really good circumstances

Low 10's with drag radials , you have bad time spinning with street tires.

Remeber though, that HPE 750 is the crank number, so that's not 750 to the wheels. If he's got 705 RWHP he should be getting damn close to 200. Ford touts the GT500 can do 200, athough NO ONE has been able to prove it!

I have stock wheels now, working on getting a set of drag radials as we speak. Redline ran a 10.3 with 654rwhp and around 650rtrq with a auto.. I might try the texas mile to see what she will do top.. I love the way this car runs now, a beast..

I'm honestly surprised more people haven't tried to hit 200mph in the GT500... an thats a good thing. When I first read about it, I expected some idiot to try it the first day on the public road.

With the right Tire and a good prepped track. Ive had a CTS-V run 10.0 @ 138mph with the same power as you have Dave.

honeslty at stock power level it will take too long for most people to want to try to hit 200 in the GT500. My Z06 was similar you could find spots to run 180 or so but to cover that 180-200 range you span lots of ground at stock power levels. you going so fast and the motor is not pulling that hard anymore.

at 700whp+ or so you might find enough room to get to 200.

you will need tire to run 10's in my mind. if you run on stock rubber I see 11's with massive wheelspin and very high trap speed. if you go drag radials it seem like people have better luck with the mickey thompsons.

you have the HP to run a real low 10 second pass for sure if you can hook it. 9's might be hard without slicks and coverter mods. or a race gas tune like livernois did.
