Yeah those are probably gonna make most potential buyers shy away from this but at the very least someone could buy this hood just for the insert, I feel like this is a pretty competitive price for just the insert alone

Want the ZL1 hood for my car, but the pins are a killer. Would have to get it repaired and repainted/wrapped. I could go $350 and I'm local.

Someone really wants that hood for $700.

A good wrap will add $500, but the pins will remain. A repair/repaint will cost about $800. At that price level, buyers have more options.
