The first picture clearly says “silv” as in silver. Just to drive the facts home. People need to self educate before jumping in with what they presume as the facts based on what they “know”.

There still black, all your talking about is the fill in on all 5gens, to me the way you posted it you where saying there all red that is not how GM made them, there body color and the mas is black, at one time when the 5 gen where still being built, we sold a lot of that side rocker, with body color and black.

My description of "Red" is how it was described by GM when I ordered them. Lol. I think pretty much most of the people in the z/28 section knows that except for 2SSRS.

GM described the rockers color by the primary color of the car not by the main color of the rocker which is black. Lol.

For some reason, I still think your know going to understand.

FYI- When your wrong 2SSRS, sometimes it's best to be quiet. lol

So excuse what might be a dumb question on my end, gm maid every z28 rocker black, and then had the sim,red hot,ashen, and white ones painted their respective body color?

And my pictures are not “copied stock internet pictures”. Those are from my mess of a shed if you look at them. And if they were all painted “black” why is the factory dated 7/29/14 sticker on my set say “SILV”?? As in silver ice metallic. Please educate me if I’m working, I will gladly admit for my disinformation if you can prove me wrong.
