Pep Boys parts off the shelf in my Maro... Hurst Short Throw!
Ok, So today I had a Hurst Short ThrowShifter and the gauge pack console installed in my ride. I was pleased with the install and the feel of the shifter, However I was struggling with that ugly @$$ white ball thats too damn small for my hand. I walked into Pep boys to get some new micro fiber cloths for my ride. You all know you have to wash and wax your Camaro after a new Mod. Thats when I saw a brushed aluminum Hurst T-Handle on the shelf. I had to get it, for $35 bucks what did I have to lose. I love this thing, and it makes this short throw pop. Pep boys though, Really! All I can say is Thanks.

I didn't realize they still sold car parts last time I was there it was go-carts, scooters and quads. Good score looks good.

That is awesome. In high school I had a 82 Celica with one of those.
Make sure you some kind of rag around to place over it when you park it on hot sunny days. That aluminum gets really hot. |

That is awesome dude, I remember having that shifter handle on my high school ride (an old Datsun 510 4 speed) I loved having that handle. I imagine if I had a manual Camaro, I would be looking for that same handle for sure.
I am however looking for the stirrup style shifter conversion for my Auto, it is reminiscent of the one I had in my 68 Camaro

Check EBay - I bought one a couple of years ago for around $18. They're pretty nice.
