Simply put, I HATE the current head unit and lack of available Nav/Touch Screen. Also, I test drove a 2ss, and to be honest, I am not crazy about the huge blind spot's. But really, I love to go out for long cruises and I like the touch screen Ipod control and built in navigtion. I can buy either a new GS,slightly used Z06 or new GT500 and have the toys I want, and equivalent or better performance.

Gotcha. I thought you were talking about actual options/equipment, not the interfaces.

If I had to guess, I would say that the SSX 10" & 11" wheels with Goodyear F2 tires would be a ZL1 option only.

Those wheels are badass. They remind me of the Havoc wheels...

That's nothing a little cash can't fix, check these units out, combine it with a schosche kit and it's pretty sexy: http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=196028

Also it was mentioned in another thread:

This will include us coming out with our own dash kit with some special features from Kenwood that you will never think would happen.
when asked to elaborate:

Lets just say with a new Kenwood radio there will be no need for HVAC buttons on the dash kits
Then in an email: The other option from Kenwood will not be available till middle or end of summer. There is a new harness option coming that will retain all factory features and then some.

So I don't like the factory radio either and that is what I'm looking at instead. New dash kit from DDMods will likely not have buttons plus a Kenwood harness that retains all factory features (onstar, steering wheel controls, etc,.). Yes I'm interested, if I'm wrong about the other dash kit then a schosche kit will be on order for me...

I am going to see if I can paint or powder coat the bright aluminum option wheels on mine. I love the way the black and brite wheels on the carbon concept looked. I think these are the same wheels just parts of them painted.
