Need some info for this paper i am writing

hey guys i am doing a paper for class on mustang vs camaro on the 2011-2012 models. this paper is going to be somewhat basic and only touching on key things. this is some of my ideas, i will be inducing more detail on each topic.

comparison
- are considered muscle cars to many people
-come in v8 and v6, supercharged v8 with somewhat same HP ratings.
-are priced around the same
- share a long rivalry with each other.
- any other ideas would be great

contrast
- mustang comes with more of a modern type v8 more higher reving, more complex engine. compared to camaros older less complex type of v8 engine.
- i need info on the v6s
- ford uses a solid rear axle, and GM uses independent
- mustang bult in USA, camaros bult in Canada
- i will talk about the looks of each car also
- how much different are the two drivetrains? ( other than engine)

----
this is what i thought of just now, any other info would be great. but remember i am not trying to get into huge detail. its only a 4 page paper.
thanks for the ideas and help !

The mustang V6 is rated at 305, the 2012 camaro V6 is rated at 323.

The mustang weighs a good 300 lbs less than the camaro (maybe more)

Mustang is a smaller car

Both cars have very limited trunk space
Both cars are offered in a coupe and convertible version

There's probably more, but that's all I can think of for now.

Mustang has many more options for interior upgrades. Navigation, glass ceiling, better sound system

I believe the use the same manual transmission for the V8 models, but I'm not 100% sure.

Mustang V6:
Duratec 37
The Duratec 37 3.7 L (3721 cc; 227 CID) V6 is another member of the Ford Cyclone engine family. The Duratec 37's additional displacement over the Duratec 35 is achieved through a 3 mm increase in bore diameter which results in a 95.5 mm (3.76 in) bore.
The engine began production in the 2008 Mazda CX-9 under Mazda's MZI moniker and produces 273 hp (204 kW) at 6,250 rpm and 270 lb·ft (366 N·m) at 4,250 rpm. The American assembled version seen in the 2009 Lincoln MKS produces 275 hp (205 kW) at 6,250 rpm and 276 lb·ft (374 N·m) at 4,250 rpm. A few days before the 2009 Los Angeles International Auto Show, Ford unveiled a new version of the Duratec 37 for the 2011 Mustang, making it the first Duratec-badged V6 used in a rear-wheel drive application since the Mondeo V6 in the Lincoln LS. The new version of the engine features Twin Independent Variable Cam Timing (Ti-VCT) and, thanks in part to the addition of this technology, makes 305 hp (227 kW) at 6,500 rpm and 280 lb·ft (380 N·m) at 4,250 rpm while delivering 31 mpg-US (7.6 L/100 km; 37 mpg-imp) highway mileage in the Mustang. This RWD Ti-VCT version has also since been added to the engine lineup of the F-150 pickup for 2011.

Camaro V6:
The 3.6 litre (3564 cc) LLT is a direct injected version based on the earlier LY7 engine. It was first unveiled in May 2006, and the DI version was claimed to have 15 percent greater power, 8 percent greater torque, and 3 percent better fuel economy than its port-injected counterpart. The LLT engine has a compression ratio of 11.4:1, and has been certified by the SAE to produce 302 horsepower (225 kW) at 6300 rpm and 272 lb·ft (369 N·m) of torque at 5200 rpm on regular unleaded (87 octane) gasoline. This engine debuted on the 2008 Cadillac STS and CTS. GM will use a LLT in all 2009 Lambda-derived crossover SUVs to allow class-leading fuel economy in light of the new Corporate Average Fuel Economy (CAFE) standards. In the Lambdas, LLT engine produces 288 horsepower (215 kW) and 270 lb·ft (366 N·m) of torque

Camaro owners have bigger junk and are better in bed.

Mustang owners where affliction and carry purses.

Camaro V8 uses Tremec manual transmissions with 5th and 6th gears being overdrive.

Mustang V8 uses Getrag 6 speed manual with 5th being 1:1 and 6th being overdrive.

Can't help with V6 info
