Thoughts?

I am thinking of adding a 15 Z/28 to our family, I currently have a 14 ZL1 and love it but kind of wish I would have gone with the Z/28 originally

What do you guys think pull the trigger?

What kind of Z28 would you want? A high priced “cream puff” or one that has been driven, taken care of and that you can play with?

Of course the answer is yes, you should. BUT don't get rid of the ZL1. They are an awesome vehicle in their own right.

Hell ya, what-ch waiting for. You will have two of the bad ass Camaros ever made. If I had extra money to invest, I'll get a ZL1. I would daily drive the ZL1 and drive the Z/28 on weekends. I've driven both and I think ZL1 is much more forgiving than the Z/28. ZL1 got more gadgets for daily driving and Z not so much.

Ssshhh, let me put it this way son, (whispering in your ears).
ZL1 is like having a bad ass girlfriend....Z is like having a bad ass mistress, she's nasty.

That last statement is quote worthy....I will be holding that for a while as my reason to someday have a Z

I'd *definitely* go for the Z/28.
I'll be brutally honest; I traded my '15 Z/28 for a '17 ZL1, and I consider it the worst decision I ever made next to getting married (twice). While the 6th gen ZL1 is a super nice car, it just isn't the same raw ride. I frequently get into, lets call them "excited conversations", with other 6th gen ZL1 owners who frown on anything 5th gen and laugh about me comparing the Z/28 and preferring it. In my case, I had planned on getting my Z/28 back through auction (dealer stated they couldnt sell it and had to auction it due to mods), so I rolled the dice, and I lost.

I had a 13' ZL1, loved it, but no contest the Z/28 is better in my opinion. More raw, more fun.....just an animal of a car. The ZL1 is great, don't get me wrong, but you will not regret for one second getting a Z/28......

Do it! You won’t be able to shake that thought out of your head so why fight it. Only reason I’d say no is if financially it will bury you. Too many people are upside down with cars these days.

Why do you wish you had gone with the Z28 instead of the ZL1?

I personally love the Zl1.
