After 4x test drives with a tech riding along and 1x time dropping it off at night and leaving it all day they are going to FINALLY look inside! Can't wait for monday! The tech was able to hear the grind 5x in a row while he was driving this time.

I actually have a similar problem but with 3rd gear. Happens sporadically, usually when driving a little aggressive. It has only happened in 3rd.

When you guys claim the "grind", is this every time you shift, or periodically, like monthly, or every time you take the RPM's up high?
I'm just surprised I'm seeing (or perceiving) consistent grinding on cars with thousands of miles and not more you have parked it at the dealer for a resolution. Let me know--
