I would take chevy to task and at least have the rub marks documented. To me it is unacceptable to have parts that scrub off paint like that. I hope this can get fixed.

Early on (three years ago) with the 5th gens the 'SS cars were having a similar issue, where the trunk lid spoilers were rubbing off paint from some customers. I believe that a gasket was prescribed as the fix.

Will this match the 2010 OEM SS mounting?

Send a message via AIM to Fraxum
When the 5th gens first came out dealers were putting spacers under the rear spoiler and fixing the paint.

So the blade spoiler is the z/28 spoiler without the wicker bill? I wanna add the z28 spoiler to my 14 1ls, so it's just the blade spoiler and then the wicker bill extension kit? Does anyone know if the wickerbill extension kit is out yet?

Same problem with the paint on my 14 1LE and it is only two weeks old. I mean two weeks old straight off of the truck. It absolutely made me sick. I'll post pictures here in a little bit. I need to go get this documented so hopefully they will fix it. Z28 carbon spoiler/rockers/splitter/hood vent were going to be my only exterior mods really. The spoiler being my personal favorite.
