That makes complete sense. I have just also been of the mindset "salt eats cars". Snowing now, be safe out there tomorrow!

Some Blizzaks and 6 months of unlimited car washes from Buckman's will do the trick. And I love being only one of the few that drives their sports car year round here

I daily drive mine unless the snow is deep then I take my old beater truck. I don't see a lot of Camaro's around either.

Having family in Fulton and being a SUNY Oswego alumnus, lots of my friends and family had "winter rats" or what Thor142 referred to as "beaters". So if you can afford to do it, get something along those lines and save your good ride for good days.

I would NEVER drive my Camaro thru a Rochester winter!! 1 Rochester winter will destroy your car, even if you wash it every week! This area is not for driving nice cars in salt and snow, your Camaro will NEVER be the same! Store it away for 6 months and wait till the snow stops then take out your musclecar and enjoy it to the fullest! Be smart buy a winter beater for $5 grand , you will be glad you did!
