Nova Scotia, even Maritimes?
Mods...please if you can just let this stay even til the end of week or something. Just want more exposure.
Looking for 5th gen owners from the Maritimes. Just wanting to see if we have enough for meets or the like. Thanks Last edited by yzinger; 06-07-2017 at 02:15 PM. |

Maine... We are pretty close. Most people from other places think Maine is part of Canada anyway

Cape Breton NS
There may be an all Camaro show here again this year in Sydney, probably in July or August. I'll update this post when I know the exact date incase anyone is interested. Would be a great place and time for a get together, perhaps a scenic Cabot Trail ride as well. |

Ive noticed there are some good deals on 5th gens compared to here in ontario, I am considering getting one and driving it back as I vacation in NS every year. An unspoiled front bumper is a nice bonus.
I drove Annapolis valley up around Highlands national park and back down for my honeymoon, absolutely beautiful. |

Hypothetically speaking, if you were of the mind to put you car away for the "winter", when does that start up thar?

I'm in Ontario so for me my car usually goes away on or about December 1st. Comes back out around late March. If the weather permits it will get a few romps over the winter to keep things moving though this year I couldn't do that as the weather really sucked even by our standards.

I prefer November to April. Salt kills.

In Nova Scotia I used to put the 2nd gen away shortly after Halloween...however, some years the weather stays good and I have had it out into early December. This year I bought my car April 24th. Last salt i believe was early april so could run from April to November typically.
