Depends on if you keep it simple and just use springs or get more involved and use coilovers. I think I saw a spring kit as low as $250 and unless you do the install you'll need to add money for that.

There are some companies out there. I personally prefer DSE, but they are pricey. BUT,...you get what you pay for as well.
There's PDAFT and PEDDERS as well. Do a search in this section for lowering.
