2011 LS Black cloth interior photo request - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I went to the dealer yesterday and saw the grey cloth interior on the 2011 LS. Picture #1 - 2011 gray cloth (striped) LS.

I took picture #2 of an LT with black cloth. The black ribbed fabric is not the same as the fabric used in the LS. The LT black also has fabric door panel inserts and dashboard accents. Pictures 2,3,4 - 2011 black cloth LT.

The dealer said the LS black fabric is the same as the gray but inn black. That the LS black interior wouldn't have fabric door inserts and dashboard accents like the LT does.

I posted a similar request on the general discussion forum.

Can someone please post pictures for a 2011 (or 2010) LS black cloth interior?

The first two pictures in your General Discussions post are of the black LS interior.
The door panels and dash trim are the same color as in the gray LS interior Light Gray textured plastic.

A black interior LS car will have black carpeting and headliner (actually a very dark gray for both).

A gray interior LS car will have light gray carpeting and headliner.

Unfortunately, the photography from my Blackberry might not have shown accurate color representation.
Picture #1 is definitely LS grey.
Picture #2,3,4 is definitely LT black.
You can see that the texture is different between the two.

Alright this is the best I could do. 2010 LS black on black. Looks a bit gray in the sun, but its all black.

Would it be at all possible to get pics of the carpet/mat and headliner too?

The seat striping give the seat color more of a black and grey appearance which is the best of both worlds. I'm almost definitely going to get a black interior now.

Of course, one more decision to make - SIM or CGM.

Floor mat I would call closer to charcoal. The "black" interior is a nice mice of blaks and grays that work well together with the dash and steering wheel accents. Not to mention the little bits of chrome.

As far as color...I like black. But you'll be happy with whatever you get. Enjoy and good luck.

2011 SIM LS, I changed out the door panel and dash trim inserts, they were a dull gray molded textured plastic.
