Here's the preliminary plan for laying out the fest.

We are trying to keep all the sponsors co-located so no one is stranded.

The southern vendors area next to the staging lanes will be largely taken up by GM. Please understand that we are trying to maintain the availability of the return road and the SCCA and yet still allow the sponsors to be in the middle of the action. Ultimately we will orient the event sponsors as close the their event as possible (Pfadt near the Car show, ARH near the strip, MTI near the SCCA, etc). Otherwise it will be first come first serve for spaces.

? The photoshot with the C5 Ladies

? If someone is planning to participate in some/most of the driving events I'm guessing they will not be in the car show (because of time limitations and I see the car show area really isn't that big). Although I think the grass parking area is going to turn into a big show & shine on it's own

Thy dyno will be in the Eastern Pits area most likely. That is where I'd like to have it but I would also consider puting it at the Northern end of the vendors area as well.

Photoshoots have yet to be worked out. But my guess is it will be at the car show. And Keep in mind the car show won't start till 6:00pm and that area will hold about 150 cars... If we need more room than that we can steal some if needed.

And I'm working on those reservations.

I haven't forgotten.
