My 700r4 won't shift into 4th gear

Normal driving it is fine shift at about 35 mph but put down the accelerator to the floor and it won't shift into 4th all the rest of the gears are fine/. 1987 Camaro 355 built.

Had one of these a LONG time ago. Same issue.
It needed a special valve in the tranny to keep it in 4th at WOT I think it was.
