Install made easy

Thanks to all who shared the images. This was so easy with a cutoff tool. I pulled the seat up and used a bungee cord to string it to the baby seat restraint. Cut the hole and cleaned the area thoroughly. You NEED the removal tool off AMAZON as it's a challenge to get it both on and off even with a long handled 1/2" ratchet. Word of advise have a near empty fuel tank. Fuel gushed out all over my garage floor. If you let the connector drop into the fuel the rubber seal will get soft, swell and not connect to your new pump correctly. Don't make these two mistakes. The rest is just as others had posted. Cut a round plate and use sheet metal screws and some RTV to affix the cover.

ZL1 pump just arrived and I pulled the stocker from my 2010. I feel like I'm missing something but the fuel level sensor doesn't appear to swap over from my stock 10 SS pump. Are there 2 different versions of the ZL1 pumps/2 different level sensor designs or am I just not seeing how it mounts up?

Ok, well, nevermind. Good news and bad news for me I guess. Good news is my "stock" fuel pump appears to be an aftermarket dual pump. Bad news is the reason for "upgrading" to the ZL1 pump in the first place was that the outlet on the hat for the fuel hose broke off. Guess I just need to replace the hat on this one and throw it back in.

I an currently at 616 whp and just added a Stage 3 Blower cam kit. I know the injectors need upgrading but I am wondering if the ZL1 pump will get it done. Opinions ?

Should be fine with either a boost a pump or the ADM fuel pump control module.

If I end up upgrading the fuel supply I want to get a set up thats capable of e85 also so I may just bite the bullet and do that now
