NA SS3 with turbo?

I'm currently running a SS3 and GMPP CNC heads. I'm about to turbo (single) in the next month or two. Will the cam work or do I need to change it out? Looking to be around 650-675 to the wheels.

I up in the air about it. I'm changing the timing cover (oil drain) during the install so doing to cam again wouldn't an issue.
