I used the Costco Program last year on my 2011 Silverado LT 1500 XCab Z71. Pretty much beat the dealer up and then gave him the authorization code and pin for Costco. Got a $38K truck for 25K and got the gift card on top of it. It is just a bonus if you are buying anyway. Just have to make sure the dealer is in the network I guess.

Do I have to ask for this at Costco? Or do I just mention it to the salesman that I'm a Costco member?

It is a haggle-free program, but keep in mind the $500 card for the survey and that invoice is a fair deal to negotiate for all parties involved.

Just yesterday I was walking out of my area Costco and saw the add. It caught my attention because a 1LE car is pictured on the add. Wow!
