Tach signal

I'm wondering if anyone knows a connection point to find the tach signal? I'm hooking up an innovate wideband/boost gauge with shift light. Purple wire goes to tach signal.
Did gm put in a connector for this? Or just use coil negative side?

Get the AUTO METER 9123 RPM Signal Adapter for LS Engines. Its plug and play and clean . I use one never had issues. Less than 5 min install.

I just tapped into the #1 coil plug. Worked for NOS controller and AEM Failsafe gauge.
