I'm visiting friends who just moved to Houston,TX soon and wondering about cool bars to visit. Any popular bars?

Depends on what u like and age group. If it was me it would be mid-town or I would go out off Washington near down town.

I have to agree, if it was me I would do mid-town, or go off washington. Tons of hot women and cheap, well cheaper than the titty bar. As for bars and chill, they are all over, depends on what night and not sure on talent that might frequent them.

Brickhouse isnt bad at all, 290/pinemont, not the best area of town. But seems to attract some pretty decent women and drinks are not over priced.
