What cars have electric power steering?

I have an '88 fiero I use to race, and it needs power steering. Since its rear engine, electric power steering is the appropriate route.

Ive been trying to figure out what would be the best value to use parts from to create my own power steering system for the fiero. I know a bunch of cars use electric power steering, but most of them are high end cars.

Any takers?

I also swapped the body for a C2 Z28. (In short I traded it for three cars, a Corvette Z06r, a C2 Camaro Z28, and a Cadillac CTS Summer Performance package 3.6L DI with Aisin 6spd.)

Fantastic... I'll look up cobalt stuff and a g6, especially since I'm taking a G6 tranny to pair up to the 3800sc motor.

Would using ford mustang steering be cheating? Dunno if I could do that... but then again maybe I could! haha.

I think all Epsilon-based cars (Malibu, G6, Aura) use EPS.

Wink

most current GM front drive cars that have the inline 4 have the electric power steering, I am PRETTY sure the upcoming ZL1 camaro is electric power steering too.

The manual rack off a Furd is a popular mod.

I perfer manaul steering input for racing where you turn.

GM power steering is to easy.
