Few Questions Regarding Ordering - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

First, what is the last event code possible for color change?

Second, when do you get your VIN number? Once it starts production?

Third, I am confused, as to how to check what dealership the camaro is going to on that map thingy that UCF_woot, made?

1. 1100 easily but supposedly the dealer can contact the plant/GM and get the color changed up through 3000.

2. After the car is built.

3. Use the database. http://camaro.spasticsquirrel.com (it's the same data as the map, just in a table format instead).

Oh, ok I found out. You added a filter for state so it was a lot easier. Apparently we have a Camaro in Arkansas and am hold with Crain to see if it has been delivered!

Also, another question. Say that #6 allocation is SS and I am 2LT #5 would the SS be built before mine considering that all I see is 2SS for Arkansas?

I should get my event code

I may change the stripe and or color.

You can wait for the stripes and dealership can install later.

what exactly is spastic squirel? is it a list of all of the cars that were ordered and are currently being built?

I don't think you understand what spasticsquirrel is. It has nothing to do with allocation or what is being built for your State or dealer. It is a db of all the BUILT Camaros, not the ones that just got placed on order at a dealership. The Camaros you see there already have VINs, are built and mostly shipped or already delivered to the dealers and ultimately, to car owners. If you search your dealer, you might see your dealer with 5 Camaros. Those are the Camaros that have been built and delivered or in transit to your dealer. Not 5 Camaros "going" to be built for your dealer. I hope I made sense. Sorry if I confused you.
