So, what exactly would be the difference between the Axle back and the cat back systems? Neither remove the cats, so wouldn't the sound be very similar? Just wondering why spend the extra money on the cat-back.

Anyone know if the cat-back system is illegal in my ridiculous state of California?

Our mid sections and tailored xpipe are the difference, resulting in more of a changed tone and soundtrack vs volume. There's also no pancaked sections in our system.

Installing the catback alone will leave all of the factory emissions equipment in place.

Only ABEs at this time, brother. The verts have bracing underneath that would require a totally new catback design, unfortunately.

Ordered from Phastek on Tuesday afternoon....and the system showed up today!

Packed really well.....parts look perfect.....got plans tomorrow but will be installing Sunday. Will do some b4 and after videos.

Can't wait to get it installed and fire it up!

PS....the blowpops are a nice touch!
