Thanks for your input. As for the price, I'm not real good at appraising vehicles. I just took NADA value and added $2000- $3000 for the Supercharger. $38000 is clean Retail.

Damn, if this was 2 months or so from now I'd be all over it but just started working again after my car accident last year. I don't think the price is that far off IMO.
