No toes to step on..

If you're still at 1100, the ONLY place you can get info from is your dealer. You will not move from 1100 until he tags your order with available allocation. As it sits, that most likely means he doesn't have the ability to physically submit your order to Chevy for acceptance. Dealers get "X" many cars total for the year (PGN-production guide number). Each month, they get an allocation (or not) against that total. A dealer with a PGN of 36 will, ON THE AVERAGE, get to order 3 cars a month; one with a PGN of 6 will get to order only one, every other month. See the possible problem?

* for the hard cores- I know I skipped consensus

So I updated the site for 2011. It's much faster now. I broke the filtering though. I plan to fix it soon.

Help the new guy?

Just purchased incoming VIN 2G1FT1EW7B9107620. Dealer said it was shipped but could give no added info.

The new 2011 page you posted showed the VIN, but nothing came up when I clicked on it or entered my username.

Is there a way to get an accurate location on it?

Try this...

http://www.camarotracking.com/

That's about as good as you'll get other than hounding your dealer.

The site doesn't seem to be working for the 2010's anymore. Anyone know why or who to have fix it?

I'm working on rewriting the rest still. It will be MUCH faster than the old version.

At the Railyard waiting on a truck

So I checked with Camaro tracking last week and got a status of waiting a truck at the real yard effective July 3d. Its a 90 min drive from the raid yard to the dealer, and after a week, its still not here.

Its driving me nuts. Did anyone take longer than a week to get a truck from the rail yard to their dealer?

Unfortunately, yes. Generally speaking, in a "big" city the cars will arrive quicker at the dealer(s) simply because the car carriers fill up quicker at the railyards. The hauling company simply will not deliver anything other than full, or close to full, loads.

I've seen cars delivered in a day and cars delivered upwards of two weeks after hitting the railyard(s). :(
