Very typical of a Mustang owner, no need to tell us something we already know

Used a clear bra for 3 years had a little scratch occur bumping a pole that would have been a ton to repair, peeled off clear bra and it took 95% of the damage...... Peeled it off myself and used goo gone to clean up the excess glue. A blow dryer also helps if its too cold peeling off vinyls. Clear bra looked excellent 3 yrs, going to do it again after a new front some day. Sure it cant stop a bullet but its better than a dirty crap strainer screwing up the fronts looks like a stretch bra. Most window tint places apply it also.. or vinyl sign shops...

Leave a bra on wet and it will haze the paint.

Come on guys,,,,,,,,,,,,Victoria Secret! Very soft and sexy

Seriously though, they can damage the paint. I recommend the clear bra is you really insist on or need one. It is like a vinyl wrap but is clear and protects your car a whole lot better. Plus you can always take it off later

I had a clear bra (XPEL Ultimate) installed on my Camaro a couple of months after I bought it. It has kept the car looking perfect, and you can't tell it is there unless you really look closely for the seams. It is guaranteed not to yellow and I store the car in winter, so I'm hoping I get quite a few years out of it. It is self-healing, so there are no blemishes on the film either.

I will keep my fingers crossed when it has to be removed, but I think I will always keep one on the car

I had 'autobond' on the front of my 2007 Solstice GXP. It's a clear bra.

In the four years I had the car, it had started to shrink. Maybe .030-.050". Just enough to leave a slight area or exposed adhesive that caught and held dirt and looked like a black outline

If it had been trimmed and applied better, it would have been almost perfect during that time, but a 3/4-assed job was done. The original film (applied before I got the car) had been allowed to accumulate pollen and it stained slightly, so the dealership had another film applied for free. The original film was slick. Replacement film had cutouts for lights that were too big, edges that didn't quite got to the panel edge, etc. The bottom of the front fascia didn't get covered well and the car looked sand-blasted there.

For the first three years though, it was about 95% invisible. Car wash solution would not get it clean, it was a slightly rubbery film that 'held' smudges, bird shit, bugs, etc. Simple Green cleaned it very well however.

XPEL has the rep of being quite good. Better than autobond.

Victoria secret doesn't make a bra big enough for my huge pectoral muscles.

At almost 50 mine are still firm enough to not need a bra yet.
