So in NA 300 the fastest time qualifying was a 12.9 and that's how car 1303 was the #1 Qualifier? Just trying to make sense out of that spot.

I had a blast either way!!!

Mike Lee and the rest who helped put this on did a Great job.
Thanks David, it was great finally getting to meet you. Merc and Willhe64 were huge helping tech and classifying cars. They also held the drag clinic and instructed any newbie that needed help prior to hitting the track. Kudos to those guys..

Fastest ET after two qualifying rounds were matched up with the slowest. It's called a Pro Ladder.

Yes, he got a bye in round 1 for being the fastest in qualifications. Then had problems in his second run.

There were no qualifying times listed in the OP just the elimination runs.

Thanks Tim. Mike deserves most of the credit.

For all the drivers. Friday was a bit of a cluster you know what while we got organized and the newbies learned the ropes but Saturday went as well as any meet I've ever helped run or run in. You guys drove like pros and we had zero issues.

Now that I think of it. did we have any oil downs or break downs? These Camaros are some tough cars.

BTW. The last street car shootout I helped run had 5 Mustangs blow up

I will have a drag racing video up once I get home and down load cards. Iceman, Diablo and I spent Sunday at Johnson Space Center. I spent today on Galveston beach and Lone Star Flight Museum.

Didn't you know? Camero5Fest was going on at the same time.

Seriously, though, looks like everyone had a lot of fun.

Maybe someday...

Amazing pictures and videos! Watching and hearing the drags was such a treat the entire weekend. Would love to possibly see a COPO shootout challenge someday.
