Will Michelin PSS4 305/35/20 look bad on 20x10.5 wheel?
Hey guys,
I bought a new set of wheels and tires for my Cammarro. The rear wheels are 20x10.5 ET40 and the tires are Michelin Sport All Season 4. I'm concerned whether a 305/35/20 Michelin tire's sidewall will look bulged on a 10.5 According to Michelin's website, the section width on a 20x11 is 12.30". I've read several threads where folks say the Michelin tires run wide. For instance a Michelin 295/35/20 has width similar to a Nitto Invo 315/35/20. I know Michelin Sport All Season 4 is a newer tire and those threads discuss about the previous gen tires but the specs shouldn't differ that much right? What are your thoughts on this? |

Ok, I see nobody spoke up yet so here's what I can offer. I've got the Mich Pilot Sport 4S's on my Z/28. Granted they are 19" x 11" (front) rims w/305 30 19s mounted but this gives you a visual ballpark of were you'll be. With only a 1/2" difference I think you'll be OK. Any tire shop worth a snort should be cool enough to mount one for a trial look see.
