Since RPI Don left a couple years back, the steady decline of RPI has now come to this. Sad part is, their inhouse made products are still great, but who cares if their customer service is ridiculous, even by communist customer service standards. I ordered an inhouse part for my car, had to hound them. Grateful I finally got what I paid for, but will never order from them again. Not going to pay them and beg them and pray I get my parts.

Yea I ordered some rockers from them 8 weeks ago and I can’t get anyone to let me know anything about them. Wish I would have never ordered from them and it will be the last, its so bad i am going to try to get PayPal to get my money back, no response at all they suck!!!!!
