Will the new camaro LLT fit in a 94 camaro v6?

I came up with this question after reading how difficult and none cost effective it is to swap a V8 into a 94 V6 camaro. So will it work, should I upgrade the transmission etc... let me know what you think.

Just a guess, but I can't see it being any cheaper or less difficult to swap the new LLT in a 94 than it would be to swap in an LT1.

+1 with the kind of money you are gonna spend doing that why not just save it and put it towards a down payment on a 2012 or something.

This could be a great project. I'd love to see this done.

Would be kool to see but, again, for the price....

It would take someone to make a wire harness in order to attempt it. The engine computer uses an OBD system and the 94 didn't. Not real sure about the tranny bolting up either.

I would opt for the LT1 before the LLT.

I have no idea, but I too would love to see this done.A lot of people will say "not worth it, blah blah blah." But it's hard to put a price on quality originality. Not everyone needs to do the same thing everyone else has already done.

Engine, transmission, computer, harness, and driveshaft. Can it be done? Yes. Cheaper than an LT1 or LS-series? I'd say not right now. You'd probably spend more than what some of the LT1 cars are going for right now.

Thanks for the input, this is still in the hmmmm could i do this stage. This car is my daily driver and has 182,000 on it and still runs great. So this question is part of a future overhaul plan I have for this car. Whether I acctually get to do it or not remains to be seen, only time will tell.
