Jason you having the work done at Rydells. If so you could inquire a deal on letting them do the body work and you with the new car deal. Not sure if it can be done but you don't know till you try. Maybe you can get some dealer added mod, thrown in for free or cost.

Yeah, that is my plan. However, my upgrade is dependent on a bonus that I may or may not get in December.

Those 13's are sweet. Dual Mode Exhaust sounds great. Thankfully our Corvette has this feature or I might be inclined to locate one and install it on mine.

Hope you get that bonus...if not, at least you will be driving a Camaro!

Good news boys and girls, the NOAA released this statement today:

NOAA's Climate Prediction Center announced its forecast for the winter of 2012-2013 Thursday morning.

The prediction covers temperatures and precipitation for December, January and February.

The outlook shows Iowa can expect average winter temperatures in the central and eastern parts of the state and above average temperatures in western Iowa.

Precipitation is expected to be below normal across the entire state during the three main winter months. Conditions are expected to be driest in northern Iowa.

Most of the western U.S. is expected to see above normal temperatures this winter.

The only part of the U.S. expected to see below normal temperatures this winter is Florida. The gulf coast is also the only area expected to see above normal precipitation.

Damn, I think my wife might kill me if I joined in. I cancelled our weekend gettaway for our anniversary to the Wisconsin Dells so that I could work a bunch of overtime this weekend. First couple of mods:
Updated my wheels and installed some front splash guards, both look pretty good if I say so myself!

I have been at the Iowa Speedway all week and will be there tomorrow and then 1/2 of next week. The company I work for is removing the lines off the track and pits and it is throwing a lot of new chalenges. NASCAR is strict on their tracks we have to remove 90% but can not scare the asphalt, the slope is not normal for our type of work, and the transition from apron to track. This was Iowa Speedways 7th season, 17 restripes, and a lot of rubber leaving about 1/8 of an inch thick lines. If NASCAR approves our removal here we will be bidding for stripe removale on other tracks needing simler work.
